I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel just outside the city center of Chivay. The rooms, especially the ones by the heater surrounded by all the blankets, offered a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. And let me tell you, the view across the valley was absolutely breathtaking. It was a great way to start the day! Furthermore, the breakfast provided exceeded my expectations.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Had a great weekend in the mountains! the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable with nice views of the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was conveniently located near hiking trails and hot springs, making it easy to explore the area. the included breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and was quite tasty!
That the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey and we had to pay in cash, which was a bit of a hassle. the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but that's to be expected when you're up in the mountains.

Located just outside the town, this hotel provides a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The charming cottages and courtyards make for a unique experience. We appreciated the option of having breakfast served early to accommodate our day plans. The fixed radiators in the room helped combat the chilly winter temperatures.
Some areas of the hotel appeared to be poorly maintained and outdated, especially the bathrooms. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times.

The hotel's location is convenient, being a short walk from the local market and just outside the city centre. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with wooden beams adding to the aesthetic. Breakfast is available and provides a fair start to your day. the hotel has a central garden area giving it a peaceful ambiance. the hotel also offers a window seat with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains.
The laundry service pricing is overinflated, charging by the item which results in unreasonable charges.
